Return & Warranty Policy

At All Star Sewer Equipment, we supply professional sewer cameras, drain cleaning equipment, plumbing tools, monitors, reels, locators, parts, and accessories for plumbers, drain cleaners, inspectors, municipalities, and contractors. Because many of the products we sell are specialty items, electronic components, repair parts, or field-use equipment, our return and warranty policies are designed to protect both the customer and the integrity of the equipment being sold.

Return Policy

All Star Sewer Equipment does not accept general returns unless a return has been approved in advance. Due to manufacturer restocking fees, specialty equipment handling, electronic components, repair parts, product condition concerns, and warranty processes, returns are limited and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Items that have been used, installed, modified, damaged, special ordered, removed from original packaging, or placed into field use may not be eligible for return.

Manufacturer warranty approval, repair, replacement, or credit may depend on the manufacturer’s guidelines and inspection process. All Star Sewer Equipment will help customers review warranty-related questions when possible, but warranty decisions may ultimately be determined by the product manufacturer.

Brand Warranty Support

Warranty terms may vary for brands such as RIDGID, Milwaukee, General Pipe Cleaners, Spartan, Cyclone, CustomEyes Cameras, and other equipment lines. Some products may require direct manufacturer review, while others may be handled through All Star Sewer Equipment depending on the item and situation.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials, labels, and contents. Contact us as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed. Photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage may be required for carrier claims or order review.

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or believe there is an issue with your order, please contact All Star Sewer Equipment as soon as possible. We will review the order and work with you to help determine the best next step.

Repair and Service Support

All Star Sewer Equipment also provides sewer camera service and repair support. If your equipment is not eligible for return or manufacturer warranty coverage, our team may still be able to help with repair options, replacement parts, or service recommendations.
